On : 12.1.3 version, Spares Logistics
When attempting to create a parts requirement with a special address for a group resource the following error occurs.

Error: ‘ARHZ_API_BILL_TO_SITE_USE_F’
ERROR-The site use referenced by this bill_to_site_use_id must be active bill-to, belong to an active customer account site, and assigned to the same or a related customer account. Please select a different bill-to site use.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign a task to a group resource
2. Create a parts requirement with a special address
3. Add source for the item
4. Error occurs.
