Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, E-Business Tax Issues

When attempting to Save or Approve Requisitions or Purchase Orders,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

For -> Requisitions

Error Messages: Unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation.
Exception: 013 - An Unexpected error had occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Please correct the problem or contact your System Administrator.

For -> Purchase Orders

Error Messages: Unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation.
Exception: 023 - An Unexpected error had occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Please correct the problem or contact your System Administrator.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a PO or a Requisition and Save.  Get a tax calculation warning.
2. Click on Approve button.
3. Get above error message.

Changes

 The issue started while upgrading to R12.2.6 from R12.1.3
