E-Business Suite R12 XML Gateway, Install, Design, Transport, and Setup related issues
AP Invoice XML Fails with error java.lang.NullPointerException.
Supplier is sending AP Invoice XML to create AP invoices against POs via OSuN.
After the file is interfaced to EBS via OXTA i.e. XML Gateway agents, see that the Inbound transaction fails with the following error:
java.lang.NullPointerException
If you run the script for outbound diagnostics via <Note 742618.1> - XML Gateway Data Collection Script for Outbound Transactions the following error is reported for all invoice inbound transactions:
java.lang.NullPointerException
Changes
This will occur when first getting inbound invoices, or after upgrading a database from versions prior to 11gR2.
