On : 12.2.4 version, General Ledger Transfer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For Oracle Financials Accounting Hub application, using a custom concurrent
program which creates manual SLA entries with the XLA_JOURNAL_ENTRIES_PUB_PKG
API, the GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES.GL_SL_LINK_ID field is not populated with
data running the program with P_COMPLETION_OPTION => 'T'.
