Symptoms

When attempting to download data via Web ADI functionality the following occurs,

 

Error

Your document cannot be created.

Please contact your support representative.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Compensation Workbench Administrators
2. Go to the task
3. Go to the options Download to spreadsheet
4. Click on it
5. Get the error message
