On : 12.2.4 version, Core HR Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Organization List of Values (LOV) does not List All Organizations

Only 6 of more than 1000 are returned in the find list


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all 1000+ Organizations to be listed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. HR Manager > Work structures > Organization > Description
  2. Find % - 6 Orgs are returned
  3. Select * from hr_all_organization_units returns 1086 rows
