Symptoms

Using Purchasing, when trying to select ITEMS from purchase orders, the belwo error occurs.

ERROR
-------------------
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module
2. Search for system items when creating a new purchase order
3. Error occurs
