GST - O2C - While shipping the material, tax invoice number is not getting generated and the Program 'India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface' is not getting triggered. (Doc ID 2360658.1)

Problem Summary:

While shipping the material, tax invoice number is not getting
generated. Program 'India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface' which generates
tax invoice number is not getting triggered.

Steps :

1. Create Sales order
2. Go to shipping transaction form
3. Do the pick release
4. Create delivery and trip
5. Ship confirm
6. Trip close
7. Immediately go to Delivery tab >> open the tools >> India tax details.(Open till back ground process completes)
8. In back ground Interface Trip Stop  Runs and completed , RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS (Check Event Alert) runs and completed and India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface ¿ Not triggered
9. If we runs manually 'India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface, It completed in error.

Error :

Delivery Id :XXXXXX, Exception Entity :INVENTORY_INTERFACE,
Error Message : Encountered an error in
JAI_WSH_TAX_DET_PKG.determine_factors. ,
Run India - Process Delivery OM/INV Interface program with parameter :XXXXXX to rectify issue.

Business Impact :

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot ship the material without tax invoice number.
