E-Business Suite R12 Applications DBA, Patch Application Issues
When applying an application technology patch for FND or any product specific patch, the patching utility fails with the following error:
sqlplus -s <apps_user>/<apps_password> @$FND_TOP/patch/115/sql/afgstusr.sql &pw_apps
