Symptoms

PRC: Transaction Import (for ORACLE TIME AND LABOR) job was run two times... started at exactly the same time.
There are now duplicate expenditure item entries in Projects. The original transaction reference is the exact same on the duplicate entries.

Attempting to reverse the duplicate timecard through OTL gets a fetch too many rows error when trying to interface the corrected records to Projects.
ORA-20002: pre_import:ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
