Symptoms
Network routing is setup such that location capacity optimization is considered during planning. To do so, the planning parameter CHECK LOCATION CAPACITY is set to TRUE.
When setting the Network Routing Logic Parameter ALLOCATE SERVICE PROVIDERS BY OM GROUP to true, planning does not honor the maximum quantity defined for a location capacity and shipments are still planned successfully exceeding
the location capacity, when expected to fail.
