Symptoms
On: 12.2.6 version, Install / Upgrade Issues
Importing content onto the WLS content server fails with the following error:
ERROR
Couldn't commit to database. Nothing will be imported. Authentication Failure. You do not have permissions to use the content server.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Oracle Learning Manager Administrator responsibility
2. Navigate to Catalog Administrator > Content tab > Create a folder > select its Details icon
3. Select import option and complete the wizard
