AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit Report not displaying the exception
There are cases where Expense report is not interfaced from AP-->PA .
The reason is either Project in closed /on hold status or exp organization is not active. However, the error details are not displayed in the report.
AUD: Supplier Costs Interface Audit Report not displaying the exception.
This is creating issues in identifying the errors.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to projects responsibility
2. Navigate to projects
3. Navigate to requests .
4. Submit PRC Interface Expense Report
