APP-PAY-52982 Unable To Create Third Party Payment Method In Payroll (Doc ID 2365069.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Core Payroll - General

 

When trying to create Payment method and uncheck third party box ,it  is throwing following error

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PAY-52982 Third Party payment check box cannot be unchecked as there is no payment method defined for this legislation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : In SA HRMS Manager > Payroll > Payment Methods
2. Create a new Payment method
3.Get error : APP-PAY-52982 :Third Party Payment Option can't be unchecked as no payment method has been defined for this Legislation
