ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the OAM dashboard web component status for SERVLET AGENT are shown as down.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should be showed as up
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS as sysadmin
2. Navigate to OAM Dahsboard
