Even After Applying 22890403 with Multiple Public Transportation, the Fractional Part of "Amount subject to Ei Monthly Adjustment" is not Added in the Last Period (Doc ID 2366225.1)

Problem Statement:
Even after applying 22890403 and run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" with multiple public transportation, the fractional part of "Amount subject to Ei Monthly Adjustment" is not added in the last period of payment.

If only one public transportation has been entered, the behavior is correct.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Open the form "Commute Information"
   Responsibility: Related to JP HRMS responsibility
   (N) People -> Enter and Maintain -> (B) Assignment -> (B) Others -> Commuting Info
   
   
2. Click the tab "Public Transportation
    
3.  Enter more than one transportation as below.

   Ex:
   Means of Travel Departure Place Arrival Place Via Period Amount(Yen) Pay Start Month   SI Start Month
   --------------- --------------- -------------- ---- -------- ----------- ----------------  ----------------
   Train               Shinjuku           Tokyo         Train Salary   5000        201801              Next Month
   Bus                 Tokyo              Tokyo office Bus   Salary   5000        201801              Next Month

4. Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" in the period of 201802( Created batch name is TEST1)
5. Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" in the period of 201803( Created batch name is TEST2)
6. Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" in the period of 201804( Created batch name is TEST3)
7. Open the form "Batch Header"
   (N) Mass Information Exchange: MIX -> Batch Element Entry
8. Search the batch and click the button "Element Lines"
9. Check the created batch

   Amount subject to Ei Monthly Adjustment in TEST1 :3333
   Amount subject to Ei Monthly Adjustment in TEST2 :3333
   Amount subject to Ei Monthly Adjustment in TEST1 :-6667 (This would 3334-10000= -6666)
