Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Supplier Searches in BWC - Buyer Work Center show employees who are set up as suppliers in order to raise iExpense Reports; However, in iProcurement and Sourcing, the Supplier Search LOV's do not show employee suppliers.

Expected Behavior
Expect that Employees are not displayed in Supplier Searches in BWC.

Background
When raising Expense Reports, Employees must be setup as a Supplier in order to be reimbursed.  The system does not enable the employee for "purchasing" or "invoicing".  However, in the Supplier Search LOV's the Employees who have raised Expense Reports appear in the search results.  In iProcurement, Sourcing, and Vendor Maintenance - the Supplier Search LOV's are not showing the Employee Supplier users in the results ( expected behavior ).  But in BWC, in all supplier search fields at the Header, Line, Schedules, Pay Items and Distributions tabs - the Employee Supplier users show in the results ( unexpected behavior ).  This occurs in PO Inquiry, PO Buyer and PO Super User responsibilities.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Buyer Work Center > Orders
  2. Select Create Standard Purchase Order
  3. Show Supplier LOV
