Symptoms

A user is changing a specific requisition and modifying the amount to do a change request.

Upon SUBMISSION-an error occurs:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
-----------------------

  1. Login to iProcurement
  2. Click on the requisition and then click on Change order
  3. Change the amount on the requisition
  4. Submit the change order and the error occurs
