E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Background Engine Workflows Not Processed issues
Users report Workflows are stuck after running the WF Background Engine.
Changes
A patch was recently applied in Hotpatch and Downtime mode.
The workflows have activities which were updated with incorrect date stamps after the patch.
