Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When trying to load the main Payroll Dashboard form, following error occurs.

Internal Server Error

The Server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, <EMAIL> and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Payroll Professional responsibility.
  2.  Navigate to Payroll Dashboard.
  3.  Error occurs
