'DBXML_IMPORT_INTERNAL_ERROR' Error When Importing Migration Projects

Symptoms
A successfully imported 'Migration Project' with status 'IMPORTED', is showing the Failure Reason ID is 'DBXML_IMPORT_INTERNAL_ERROR' on the Objects level.
EXAMPLE
------------
01. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Process Management > Migration Project Import >
Local = Y
Brows and select the Migration Project Package.
Click Submit
Successfully Scheduled
Migration Project Import At xxx
02. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Migration Project Management > Migration Projects > Search and find the imported migration project
Migration Project: xxx
Status: IMPORTED
Click edit to check on the objects > The Failure Reason ID is "DBXML_IMPORT_INTERNAL_ERROR" for all.
NOTE: But in fact the data is loaded and created.
