Email Center: Reply And Forward Buttons Missing On Emails (Doc ID 2368369.1)

When open the email from Service Requests in agent dashboard its open in email center application but the email doesn't contain the "Reply" or "Forward" button. It has only the "Close" button.
How to enable the "Reply" and "Forward" button for the emails opened from agent dashboard?
