While applying Patch 18843706 a worker failed with the following error while running the file cspprg.ldt:

Dumping LDT file /<DIR>/csp/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/cspprg.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (EXECUTABLE TEST1 PER , PROGRAM CSPTRPKL_XML CSP ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
