Symptoms

When attempting to to verify a subcontractor, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Handshake Failed :sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found
Handshake Failed :javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as AP Manager
2. Navigate to CIS -> Subcontractor Verification
3. Enter details of a new subcontractor and submit for verification.
