Symptoms
On 12.2 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to run "adop phase=apply patches=24591000,26482811 hotpatch=yes merge=yes",
the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. manually modify the patch service DB entres
2. adop phase=apply patches=24591000,26482811 hotpatch=yes merge=yes
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply prerequisite patches to apply the latest AD/TXK patches.
