For one employee there appears to be data corruption on the employee record where the effective start date of the record is greater than the effective end date.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Person Analyzer from <Note 1675487.1 > and check Person Details (PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F)
