Generate automatic schedule requests does not schedule new cycle count.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Generate automatic schedule requests schedules new cycle count.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory Super User
2. Navigation: Counting -> Cycle Counting -> Cycle Counts
3. Cycle Count header is defined with : Auto Schedule = yes, Auto Schedule Frequency = Daily. After run request set of Perform full cycle count, there is no records in output of Cycle count listing.
