Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

The request is scheduled to run every 3 minutes. The concurrent manager runs the request with interval=2 minutes successfully for a 1 or 2 hours, and then suddenly gives this error.

ERROR
AFPSRS cannot resubmit your concurrent request <request_id>. You have entered an invalid request start date and time: 02-03-2018 10:31:35. Could not submit your concurrent request or report.
