Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,
Kernel upgrade breaks forms and reports binaries

Upgrading the Redhat 6 kernel from 2.6.32-696.3.1.el6.x86_64 to 2.6.32-696.10.1.el6.x86_64 breaks the forms and reports binaries under $ORACLE_HOME/bin

Redhat version (found by executing, cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.9 (Santiago)

ERROR
-----------------------
Not able to compile the reports
Error Message:
Memory Fault (coredump)

Not able to run the existing Reports through concurrent Process

Error Message:
Stat_low: 8B
Stat_high =0
Was terminated by signal 11.


STEPS
-----------------------
Upgrade the Redhat 6 kernel
from
2.6.32-696.3.1.el6.x86_64
to
2.6.32-696.10.1.el6.x86_64
