CONS_INV_RTN_DAYS : Consignment Returns to Consigned Flow After Consumption

Goal

Functionality of Consignment Returns after Consumption is to return the material back to consigned inventory even after it has been consumed and a consumption advice or an invoice has been generated for it. A new form function parameter of CONS_INV_RTN_DAYS is introduced for it.
