Goal

Why is the VAT tax number not generated on the European sales list report?

Scenario 1:

Customer A
Bill To Site in UK, tax registration number GB123456789 (under customer A)
Ship To Site in BE, tax registration number BE987654321 (under customer A)

If Site Reported = Bill To, show tax registration number GB123456789
If Site Reported = Ship To, show tax registration number BE987654321

Scenario 2

Customer A
Bill To Site in UK, tax registration number GB111111111 (under customer A)

Customer B
Ship To Site in BE, tax registration number BE222222222 (under customer B)

If Site Reported = Bill To, show tax registration number GB111111111
If Site Reported = Ship To, show tax registration number GB111111111
