Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, ADOP Utilities
When attempting to run adop phase=prepare, it fails during the Staging Phase with following error:

SEVERE : Mar 19, 2018 10:53:22 AM - CAUSE - CLONE-20231 The command "<>/fs1/FMW_Home/utils/clone/clone.sh" was not run successfully. The possible causes are:
1. All the WebLogic product directories (like WebLogic Server, Coherence) were not installed inside this Middleware home.
2. In case of Windows, some Java or WebLogic processes were running from this Middleware home.
