Symptoms

When buyer is attempting to approve Prospective Supplier Registration, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows ORA-06512: at "APPS.POS_SUPP_APPR", line 1848 ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupplier Management Administrator Responsibility ->
2. Supplier Home ->
3. "Prospective Supplier Registrations" (Hyperlink right side of page) ->
4. Pending Approval Supplier ->
5. Open ->
6. Action: Register -> Go
7. Error occurs
