In IE11 When Using Lowercase Value for A Field, In Any Finder Screen Returns "No Data" (Doc ID 2378270.1)

Symptoms

Using IE11 in Buy Shipments Finder UI on entering Source Location ID in lower case and press enter without moving the cursor. OTM is not showing any Shipment ID related to the Source Location ID.
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In IE11, navigate to Shipment Management>>Shipment Management>>Buy Shipments
2. In Buy Shipments Finder UI in the field Source Location ID enter details in lower case and press ENTER
3. System is not displaying details
