Symptoms

Ran 'Business Object Key Map Extract' and obtained xml file to import in EBS
After running PER_RI_B_IMPORT_REFERENCE_DATA module: Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration the data is not loaded in EBS


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. HCM Cloud Integration Administrator" responsibility.
2. Use the Go to Task option to open Import HCM Cloud Reference Data page.
3. The application runs the Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration process to import the cross-reference data file after the cross-reference data has been generated
   and placed as an XML file on the HCM Cloud Outbound FTP server or UCM.
4. PER_RI_B_IMPORT_REFERENCE_DATA module: Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration log file shows no error but there is nothing imported
