Unexpected Error In Requisition Approval Notification After Upgrade 12.1.3-> 12.2.7 (Doc ID 2378874.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7. the user can not open old requisition approval notifications that were generated in 12.1.3. However, new notifications generated in 12.2.7 work without problem. The following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.icx.por.wf.webui.ReqLinesNotificationsCO.populateChargeAccount(ReqLinesNotificationsCO.java:290)
at oracle.apps.icx.por.wf.webui.ReqLinesNotificationsCO.processRequest(ReqLinesNotificationsCO.java:265)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7
2.  Open requisition approval notification that was generated in 12.1.3
- get the error
