Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Change Order
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Change Request error
When users are trying to perform the change request, exception occurs.
User is trying to decrease requisition amount to less than Invoiced amount.
BPA amount: 111,951.00
Release amount: 111,942.00.
Change request is beyond the $9 (remaining amount).
understand that req amount cannot go higher than that.
But system should give some meaningful error not the below error:
