Symptoms

When applying patch 25881279 (and some other patches), the following error occurs compiling ARXTWLIN.plx:


Compilation errors on ARXTWLIN_LINES_DB_INSERT:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 227, column 57
component 'IS_VRM_TRANSITION_COMPLETE' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 227, column 6
Statement ignored

Failed to generate library.

FRM-30312: Failed to compile the library.
