Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Security Issues
Custom Security profile with payroll exclusion not working as expected.
Created an custom security profile by excluding couple of payrolls and assigned at responsibility level.
It excluding those 2 payrolls but also excluding the records with no payrolls assigned.
Expectation the records with null payroll should be displayed. The profile should excluded only if employee record is attached to either of 2 payrolls in exclusion.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
