OTM 642 - Performnace Of The Hamburger Menu Issue

Symptoms
The menu speed in 6.4.2 seems particularly slow. The speed issue seems related to OTM sending the browser a large amount of data to process on each “expand” click and the speed is very browser specific.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and go to Integration.
Expanding eg “Integration” to show eg Integration Manager and Transmission Manager takes the following amounts of time
IE11: 9 to 12 seconds
Edge: 3 seconds
Firefox: 2 to 3 seconds
Opera: 1 second
