Agent Action Recalc Estimated Stop Times With Redrive Set to True Overrides Fixed Shipment Costs (Doc ID 2380980.1)

Symptoms

A Tracking Event is processed on the First Stop of a Shipment. Costs on the Shipment are set to be Fixed. Following Agent Workflow is configured.

Data Type Association - Tracking Event To Shipment

Action - Recalc Estimated Stop Times , Redrive Set to True.

In this case , While updating the time on the shipment stop as part of the Recalc Estimated Stop Times Action, OTM is recalculating the Shipment Costs even if they are set to be Fixed.
