Goal

Trying to modify the seeded Element Name under Simplified Chinese about 'Taxation Deduction'

By changing it at Element Description -> Translations, it return below error.

APP-FND-01238. Cannot set value for field ELEMENT_TYPE.ELEMENT_TYPE_ID
Review your error message (Help -> Diagnostics -> Display Database Error...) to see the cause of the error.
