Symptoms
Argentina Payables: Payment Process Request (PPR) did not calculate withholding taxes for some invoices
1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - R12.2.4: Production and Test instances
2. (N):Invoices -> Entry -> Invoices
3. Create an invoice and save.
4. Validate the invoice.
5. Pay Invoice
This issue is intermittent.
User could replicate error by cancelling all lines from PPR and create a new one.
It does not create automatic withholdings
