Find Function (Flashlight Icon) Is Not Working in Engineering Change Orders Form(ENGFDECN.FMB) in Specific Windows 10 PCs (Doc ID 2381842.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Find function (Flashlight Icon) is not working in Engineering Change Orders form in Windows 10 Operating System (OS) PCs.
Also it is working in other form(eg.Master Items, Bills) in specific PCs.
Before upgrading Windows 7 OS to Windows 10 OS, Find function (Flashlight Icon) was working in Engineering Change Orders form as expected.

Expected Behavior
Should be able to utilize flashlight search successfully regardless if Operating System is Windows 7 OS or Windows 10 OS.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch ECOs form
    (R)ENG responsibility
    (N)ECOs > ECOs
  2. Click flashlight icon (or click (M)View > Find)
    ==>Pop up "Find Engineering Change Order" screen in many PCs. But no respond in specific Win10 PCs.

Changes

  1. Upgrade Client PC's OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
  2. "Scale and layout" in Display settings in Win10 PC is set other than "100%".
