Symptoms
When order movement is split it is giving null pointer exception.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1/Login to OTM.
1) Create order release with multiple ship units.
2) Create order movement from order release.
3) Split one ship unit from the order movement and plan the newly created order movement.
4) Go back to the original order movement and try to split another ship unit again. It will give the Null Pointer Exception.
