Symptoms

PA_ENDECA_USER_ACCESS_PRIVS_V has changed and now users are not able to access data in Endeca Projects
(Navigation : Project Super User (R) --> Projects : Delivery --> Advanced Project Planning and Control).
The users do not have a role on the project but do have organization authority granted.
