While setting up a new ledger the following error occurs:

ERROR:

Posting is not allowed for this account

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open the following screen
Responsibility: General Ledger
(N)Setup : Financials : Accounting Setup Manager : Accounting Setups

2. Update Ledger: Leger Option (Step 2 of 4)

3. Enter a value for Retained Earnings Account

4. The error occurs
