Symptoms

Setup a new user defined attribute group. Compiled. When the user enters new values to the attribute group, it saves to the database and form. Close out the form, and go back to the contract again, the user attribute group is not in the form, but it is in the table OKE_K_USER_ATTRIBUTES_V .
