Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Project Performance Reporting

When running the PRC Update Project Summary After Resource List Change in production, it errors out after 22 hours.

The report is being run only entering a parameter in the resource list name.

Before upgrading to R12 the report, being ran the same way, took 12-18 hours.
