Unable To Move "Line Items" Grid On INVOICE_VIEW Manager Layout (Doc ID 2387490.1)

Symptoms

A copy of the INVOICE_VIEW Manager Layout is created. When moving the section "Line Items" higher up and saving, if you edit the Manager Layout again you will find that the "Line Items" section is again at the bottom and not moved.
